My AP Royal Oak Chrono

Took a few glamor shots of my AP Royal Oak Chrono on custom gator strap. The size is perfect and this thing feels like a million bucks (well, $18k actually). The ROO is just cumbersome so I much prefer this more manageable size.

It isn't the most accurate, but it feels the part which is just as important in my book. These watches are so incredibly rare in the wild and they came out with so many versions that it isn't really an issue to me.

I got it from another member. This is the City of Sails version that dealers carry, but with an AP bands croc strap replacing the standard rubber strap. No AR, just a trick of photography. That said, the lack of AR doesn't look bad because the crystal is recessed and flush to the bezel.

Looks great, I love mine as well.

Did you buy a ROO APBands strap for it or a RO???

Errrh, and BTW, the RO chrono rep and the ROO rep have the same size ... 42mm (the gen should only have 40mm).

Cheers

Theo

This is smaller than the Royal Oak Offshore rep.
