Guest sharkrun20
Took a few glamor shots of my AP Royal Oak Chrono on custom gator strap. The size is perfect and this thing feels like a million bucks (well, $18k actually). The ROO is just cumbersome so I much prefer this more manageable size. Katerchen
Nice watch - rep might be not sooo acurate but i like the look !! Could you post also some pics (sideview) of the watch? I guess biggest difference compared to ROO has to be also the thickness?? Wear it well, George
Guest sharkrun20
It isn't the most accurate, but it feels the part which is just as important in my book. These watches are so incredibly rare in the wild and they came out with so many versions that it isn't really an issue to me.

Katerchen
Hi sharkrun! Finish looks also fine from the side... is it just my eyes - besides from the smaller rubber ring viewed from the side under the bezel there seems to be no big difference in height to the ROO? Would be fine if you could tell height in mm Thanks! George
Guest sharkrun20
I don't know the height...though I don't think it as thick is the ROO Chrono.

Might be about a mm in height (see rubber ring under bezel) entire case must be also bit smaller...
StormTooper4
I think that looks awesome, did you have AR done? I agree that the ROO's are a bit on the thick side and this looks much easier to live with, can you share where you got it from ?
Guest sharkrun20
I got it from another member. This is the City of Sails version that dealers carry, but with an AP bands croc strap replacing the standard rubber strap. No AR, just a trick of photography. That said, the lack of AR doesn't look bad because the crystal is recessed and flush to the bezel.
MADRED7
Looks great, I love mine as well. Did you buy a ROO APBands strap for it or a RO??? Errrh, and BTW, the RO chrono rep and the ROO rep have the same size ... 42mm (the gen should only have 40mm). Cheers Theo

lbazso
Hi Shark, Beautiful watch, I really love it. Would be too big for my wrist, but I truly understand that you are in love with "her"... By the way, the desk has a great color too. Regards, Laszlo
