What are your thoughts on the Nex-5?

I got a T1i, Canon G11, and a Panasonic Zs7. Was thinking of selling the G11 and Panasonic for a Nex-5. Really like the magnesium body. It just feels so well made.

I'm not into much photography but from reading reviews....that mirror-less system will be the next big thing that all these companies will do....I would wait another year to see all the other guys come out with their version and prices to come down.......but are the lenses also unique for the new mount design?
