Cats
I was aligning my dial with case to day and had to open the case and loosen the case clamp screws. In order to reach both srews a had to move the rotor. If did that in a clock wise and anti clock wise direction. Can this cause a deregulation of the movement ???. dbutlerman
If you're talking about just the Rotor - it doesn't matter which direction you spin it. It spins in both directions while on the wrist....
Cats
Thanks db2 for your response. Then i have to get it regulated i think. Discovered that it looses at least 3 sec in an hours. I'll wear it for a few days and if it doesn't imporve it has to go of to the watch smith again. Carpe Diem Cats
Rolexman
Did it start loosing time directly after you worked on it? Maybe your screwdrivers were maganetzed which caused the hair-spring to magantize?... If that's the case you need to remove te balance and have it professionally demagentized.
