donerix
I finally cracked the crystal on my Big Egi (carrying beer cases and smashing it in the door frame ). Living in Nicaragua doesn't make the watch hobby any easier and since there was no quick solution I ended up buying a 6mm plexi sheet and went to my watch smith. He did all you see below by hand (using the watch case as a reference). It took only two attempts and only because I didn't like the radius of the upper edge of the first one. The crystal feels so solid and has no distortion (the lume at night looks sick, I will take pic tonight) Here is the result: If you have a DSN Egiziano this is a perfect improvement IMO

donerix
All the honor for the dial needs to go to Gordon/Nightwatch. I only did the back plate....
