moes129 Posted October 1, 2010 Report Posted October 1, 2010 I HOPE SOMEONE REPS THIS SOON KEEP ME POSTED IF SOMEONE DOES HERE ARE THE PICS IF SOMEONE HAS THE REAL PICS I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THEM Each will be limited to just 25 pieces and will be available at Hublot's Bal Harbour boutique
jchurch Posted October 1, 2010 Report Posted October 1, 2010 I like it. Are we going to see a replica of this anytime?
Toadtorrent Posted October 1, 2010 Report Posted October 1, 2010 They'll make a rep of it for sure...but it won't be that great. The issue is the machining of the plate to allow for the gears to be seen. They had this problem with the AP ROO RB II...I don't think they'll go to that level of detail...but that's my pessimism.
Furu Posted October 1, 2010 Report Posted October 1, 2010 Like this one too, very nice combinations of colors! I have no clue what Bal Harbour is, but it looks good on the strap! But I'm as pessimistic as Toad, the see-through dial is going to cause some problems.
jchurch Posted October 1, 2010 Report Posted October 1, 2010 That makes me sad hearing it probably wont be that good. I have to agree though I knew there problems with the AP dial. And I was hoping it wouldn't harm this one but I think the Hublot models are now using in house movements weren't they using 7750 movements for a while? so I would imagine the gears behind the dial will be in the wrong spots.
txcollector Posted October 1, 2010 Report Posted October 1, 2010 I like Hublots but I can't shake the feel most of their designers spend all day long with a CAD version of a watch playing with colors. If you take a BW pic of this new one it looks almost like the all ceramic Aero Bang.
txcollector Posted October 1, 2010 Report Posted October 1, 2010 I have no clue what Bal Harbour is It's a neighborhood in Miami located on an island between Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic. The name probably comes from the Bal Harbour Shops which are famous for its high end stores. Panerai probably has a boutique there.

How is the Aero bang replica (assuming it is out).
