Danny_1
Hey all, I had a bit of work done on my 005G a little over half a year ago. About two weeks ago I noticed that the pin had begun to protrude outward from the crown guard. It was originally flush with the hole as shown. Protruded Original I'm sure this is a pretty familiar problem, but was wondering on some suggestions to safely refit the pin to its original position. Thanks! Drulee
Just do a search for CG modding, lots of tutorials around. Be careful though, very easy to scratch up the area around it. Nice CG by the way.

Drulee
I used to use a bracelet link remover tool to push them back in. But after scratching a couple of CGs I switch to using a non-marring hand presser and jewellers hammer to knock it back in. Even with the hand presser though, it is a good idea to place a piece of wax paper or tape over the CG.
PeteM
+1 on the hand presser Before I had one of those I use to use a piece of thick plastic and a small hammer and gently tap it back
