RE: Bezel Insert-Does not fit

All,

I have a two tone GMT II rootbeer and I bought an aftermarket bezel. The inside of the bezel is too tight and will not fit.

How can I trim or remove some of the excess for a good fit without damaging the bezel?

If there's enough clearance between the edge and the numbers, a bit of sandpaper and a bit of time should do you just fine.

It's a slow process, Just keep sanding in a circular motion around the inside edge. Boring as all get out, but eventually you'll get there.
