A question for the AP ROO owners...

I recently had the misfortune to try on an AP ROO.

I say misfortune because I thought I'd hate it but now I want one... LOL

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had had any issues with the rubber ring/seal between the bezel and the case - being so exposed, do they dry out and crack? And if they do, is a replacement part easily available? I don't think I'd like to try getting those hexagonal screws out of the bezel...

Thanks in advance for any responses! :)

I have some ROO´s and the all come with that rubber o-ring.....never ever had any problem with those rubber parts...actually they are made of caoutchouc and thats a natural material.

But as some members suggested you can grease them and wash the watch after being in saltwater.

Go for it...and if you have any questions about the several models there are, give me a PM.

Cheers

Theo

Thanks for the help and advice all :)

I guess I was just worried because it's quite exposed!

I wonder how well the gen ages?

I guess it's not an impossible task to change the ring should it need to be done, assuming the parts are available...

I think I will have to leave one 'on the list' for the moment - they're all pretty expensive so will have to keep an eye out for a secondhand one! :)
