Too much money for a high beat movt, either a low beat Swiss ETA or a Seagull high beat one will do for our REPs.

I have an account with beco so if some one wants one then i will order it if they pay up front, but personaly it is not worth that much, I may have a cheeper option i am working on

I hope this isnt a silly question, but could you buy a low beat swiss eta 6497-1 and a seagull high beat 6497-2 and swap the high beat components into the swiss stamped and finnished unit? That way youd get a genuine high beat swinese 6497-2

toy wouls have to swap out all the going train and escarpment so you may as well just use the seagull

Hi all. Got a price from Beco today, and as Andy states, it costs 345 euro (377 delivered). Don't know whether we can get a better option to this? We gonna need to take into account that the movement will also need H3 pinion and hour wheel. Overall, it's looking like a pricey mod.

That is what I have been telling you guys. By the way a standard watchsmith will sell you the movement for well under 345 Euros. I still don't recommend doing it though.
