theflyingdutchman Posted January 21, 2011 Report Posted January 21, 2011 Hi, I order a watch part (75 USD) and the parcel got lost. I talked to the dealer and he refunded me 100%. Now the parcel arrived, but the part is wrong. It costs me 15 USD to send back… and the dealer asks me to cover sending back! I offered to take the wrong part for a 50% off and keep it… What would you do? What do you think? Dutchy
capice Posted January 21, 2011 Report Posted January 21, 2011 Now this is a dilemma D..I guess maybe offer it for 60 to keep it, no loss on eitehr side
pabler Posted January 21, 2011 Report Posted January 21, 2011 Send it back and you have credit for $60. Then buy again your desired part just for $15...
freddy333 Posted January 21, 2011 Report Posted January 21, 2011 Honestly, if the part is wrong, I would have let sleeping dogs lie, if you get my drift.
ExtraExtra Posted January 21, 2011 Report Posted January 21, 2011 sounds like you were being fair about this. however, if you did receive the part incorrect the first time, what would you do? pay for shipping back to the dealer? Honestly, if the part is wrong, I would have let sleeping dogs lie, if you get my drift. I would have just done this....
