ubiquitous Posted January 27, 2011 Report Share Posted January 27, 2011 I do not know about retrofitting a V23 into a case intended for a 7750; physically the movement will fit (the V23 is 13''' in diameter, whereas the 7750 is 13.25'''), but it's likely that the stem will not line up in the tube. freddy333 Posted January 27, 2011 Report Share Posted January 27, 2011 As Ubi said, as long as both movements are similar sizes, you can make 1 fit a case made for the other. I installed a V72 (same basic dimensions as V23) into a DW 7750 case, which took quite a bit of grinding/polishing, but it did work.
