Both the secs@9 and secs@12 case sets need to have the case back trimmed and reshaped, and maybe the secs@9 case itself is 1mm thinner, but still, I prefer the sec@12, gen like construction is a must

+1 at chieftang. "tdc" is hit or miss and mostly miss in the tradegroups that i deal with.

I didn't know there was a problem with the pushers. On the case back it is a nice mod but IMHO is not a major improvement - still too thick. IMHO, it is as simple as seconds at nine with rep inner bezel, wrong construction but better aesthetically (a lot) or seconds at 12 with gen tachy bezel but everything else worse.

Yes the pushers are squared and gen are a bit curved, rounded edges. Not to big a deal. Just thought it could be an easy fix.

I got lucky on the bay with my 14790 dial, it came with hands and a date wheel.

So happy when they fitted the JLC 889/2 I got cheap

Needs a bit of fixing as there is no seconds hand post

But hey its moving forwards.
