patinga Posted February 14, 2011 Report Share Posted February 14, 2011 As we all know, this hobby is full of ups and downs. The watch arrives broken or you don't get it at all. For the most part I have been fortunate and have never had to rely on the sellers guarantee. Let me begin by saying that I have used Vac for several mods of watches including three on my UPO. First two were no problem and then we ran into a problem on the third. When I let J know the problem he immediately jumped into action and bent over backwards to fix the problem. His response was not what I expected at all especially his willingness to make it right. Trust is earned through action.
