SUBMARINER CERAMIC BEZEL INSERT?

hello, i like the larger sized case of new SUB ceramic & maxi dial but i dont like the Ceramic bezel insert. Will i be able to sustitute with a normal metal SUB or GMT bezel insert ? Is the bezel of ceramic sub larger in diameter compared to normal submariner ?

Is the OD and ID the same on the two inserts?

It is slightly bigger. I put a metal one in my ceramic and from a distance you can't really tell but up close it is noticeable. Especially to the anal retentive people that comprise this wonderful place. Myself included.
