Ozzy Posted October 7, 2006 Report Posted October 7, 2006 Hey guys, i am having a problem with my Sub which is that the date changes at 12 in the daytime, not at night. Everything elese is working perfect. Not sure what else there is to say. Thanks in advance.
kasigi Posted October 7, 2006 Report Posted October 7, 2006 Wind it forwards 12 hours. The way I set any watch with a date is to use the manual date adjust to get it to the previous date, then wind manually forward until I get to the correct time, be it am or pm.
ubiquitous Posted October 7, 2006 Report Posted October 7, 2006 You need to advance the watch 12 more hours... Date change will then take place at midnight.
Watchmeister Posted October 7, 2006 Report Posted October 7, 2006 What they said. Now if it was a day/date and the day change did not align with the date change that would be more challenging.

jfreeman420 Posted October 7, 2006 Report Posted October 7, 2006 The big hand on my daytona is stuck at 12:00. Who can I send it to for repair? Also my eta sub stopped working. It was fine a few days ago when I took it off but now it don't work. The funny thing is I have seen the same question twice before and someone always answers trying to be helpful.
aeroguy Posted October 7, 2006 Report Posted October 7, 2006 Don't listen to these guys about advancing 12 hours. You seem like a purist so what you want to do is pull the crown to the 3rd stop and wait 12 hours. Push it in and viola! Fixed.
narikaa Posted October 8, 2006 Report Posted October 8, 2006 Or just buy something less challenging. .
By-Tor Posted October 8, 2006 Report Posted October 8, 2006 I couldn't figure out the date change either... so I had to buy this Tudor:
Dutchy Posted October 8, 2006 Report Posted October 8, 2006 Hahaha, you guys are asses.......but so am I so we're like one big happy family........wheres nais?....hehehe
PAMman Posted October 8, 2006 Report Posted October 8, 2006 I thought that, maybe, this watch is an export model, designed for the other side of the world. The good thing is that it should be OK when you go on holiday, providing you go far enough.
