Chilenito
Having just received my all black portu from Andrew, I compared it with other reps and sumbled upon this one: (sorry ingenieur for borrowing your photos) See the smoothly recessed subdials? ... comparing it to my gen 3714 that comes much closer to the gen. My rep now however appears to have a dial similar to this (imagine it in black) what's the deal here, what's everyones oppinions on the two different dials? Anyone know where to get that "more genuine looking" dial from? Thanks

chad
The black is always like this. I have never seen a black that is not like that. I think overall the finish of the black dial is nice though with double ar. Chad

Adz
Yeah the more common dials, that I've seen anyway, all seem to be the non-smooth recessed dials. In saying that, it MAY be older models. I reckon a replacement dial is the only way to go personally. I know that Hacra (Hugo) @ Repgeek has/had a black and white panda dial and hands in stock.
