Hello,

I received my first good replica from Joshua, with Asia Valjoux 7750.

Just before, I was having a crap replica, bought in Morocco.

I'm looking for this watch since more than 1 year and at the beginning of march, I make the step and order it.

I have some difficulties with the buckle but I think this is because I have a very small wrist :(

Well, after only 3 weeks, here is how looks my watch...

This part fall on the ground, without any reason...

And is damaged as you can see on the second picture...

I send it back to the seller, which is know here as one of the best...And I think he really is...

I ask if he can change me this damaged piece...Do you think they will do it ?

I didn't really have an answer about that, just that they will take care of it.

But with your experience, what did you think ?

My watch is on the way, I'm waiting for wearing it again...

Cross fingers for me please...

P.S: I've try the gen today, and the rep is really well done.

P.S 2: Sorry for my bad english, french is my mother language.

I send it to my seller few weeks ago, it appears to be back to me...But I'm worry about how it has been fixed.

I don't want to have a damaged watches...I asked to replace that piece (which is logical I think) but it's my first rep, and I don't know how they work.

I'm really sad, and I will be more if my watch will come back with still the same damaged piece.

Hello guys, i received my watch today, and i'm really really really sad. :cry2:

Hello Joshua,

I received my watch today.

But I’m really really sad.

First, they didn’t change the scratched piece, but it’s not the most important.

When I start the chrono, and stop it, and push on the button to put the second hand on 0, sometimes it goes on 10, or 24, or 33. Never the same, and never 0.

And when i move the watch on the right or on the left, the second hand move. It’s not well fixed.

So I’m ok to send it back again but last time, it cost me 26.4€ (i still have the ticket), and I’m not really happy to paya gain because once again, it’s not my fault.

I think the best solution is to send me a brand new one, which work correctly, and I send you mine.

If it’s not possible, what is your solution ? I will send you mine, but will you pay for the shipping ? Or offer me a coupon for my next watch ?

I would to buy some others watches, but i would like to be happy with my first one…

I hope you will have a good solution for me.

I can try to send you a video of my problem if you want…

I received an answer from Joshua today...Here is the answer:

Hi,

The watch is tested before i send it back to you .

It is definitely working correctly .. Likely the problem is due to the traveling it goes thru... the watch is wrapped and well protected.. Thats the best possible packaging ...

The only way out is for you to send it to me again.. i will attend to it again..

So no other choice than to send it again and to wait again a long time...I really have no luck :'(

Hopefully, Joshua is a serious guy and I'm sure, will fixe it.

I will give some news...

Hi Biodom,

I think it is best for you to check around the area where you stay for any watch repair service. These watch sellers are running a business and their priority is selling the watch, not repairing.

Even you have the patience to wait for the watch to travel to and fro, they probably don't have the patience to service it. I maybe wrong but knowing how they work, I think it is not practical to expect "perfect" solution from them. Even the genuine watch distributors don't give that kinda service.

Just my two cents worth.

Yes, you probably right...But I know noone around my area.

If it's still not ok when I will have it back, I will look for someone here who can repair it.

But I hope I will have not to do it...

Well, since that time, I got my watch back, and the watch works.

But the guy who repare my watch make some scratch on the small chrome part at 10 et 11....

I was thinking I could live with it because it's not big, I have to watch it closer to see it but I see it...And I really don't want to send it back to the sell ( I already send my watch 2 times to the seller because of my previous problem...STOP )

Is there someone here that could fixe it ? And perhaps servicing my watch ...

I can provide some pics of the scratches....
