what to declare for shipping?

i have been told to put down watch parts when it comes to shipping? is that correct as i am buying a watch from a fellow member and not sure what to tell him to put down on the form. thanks in advance.craig

I always put "watch for repair" on the tag, and i've never been hit with duty/vat.
