Im no expert but it looks a bit strange. The spacing on Oyster Perpetual is what strikes me the most. What do you think?

I would say one of the first luminovas - 1996/1997, T- series?

Luminova started in late 1998.

Dial looks legit.

Mate, you are correct, and I thought the same. But: saw an invoice for a 16520 service dial today, from rolex itself. It says 11/1996, and it was a luminova dial. I thought so, because of the missing "T". The watch it was installed into, was from 1993. Had it into my hands, also the papers and the invoice. Was an official and certfied rolex service center here. Strange, or?

I wonder what inspired these slight variations on the dials. It looks like they are fairly random. Improvements?
