I can't commit to doing a full paleo diet, but I am taking steps in the right direction. 1)avoiding grain products like the plague. 2)main source of calories from meats and fats 3) lots of vegetables 4) small intake of fruits but you do miss the taste of pasta and fresh bread . White rice is apparently ok, except for the fact that it has tons of calories.

first of all, it's a 6202. And I have no idea if it's genuine or not, need better pictures. If I were to guess, it's not genuine.this is one of the variants, a waffle dial.

Why not take it to Rolex Service Center if the cut is deep? It looks as if your crystal is service. There's no harm in sending it to RSC. Buying a genuine crystal aftermarket is actually more expensive then getting the part from an Authorized Dealer (which you have to swap ofc)
