When I had a problem I was dealing with angus and yes, be persistent because Angus sometimes forget. are you sure it's 100% original? I'm not a gmt expert, but from what I can tell you, the bezel is aftermarket and the hands seem to come off a datejust XD. Try to get a shot of the engravings.
