mastergod
Isn't this thing amazing? ARTICLE HERE, CHECK THE WRISTIE! Modest yet adventurous, toolsy yet elegant, it sends the mind off to the glory of the GMT MASTER Pan Am. Plus it has the one movement that parks the usual "mechanical good - quartz bad" discussion, the ever futuristic tuning fork! Arguably the only movement to ever feature truly perfect sweep! As JoJo once said herein, "watching the hand is truly hypnotic". 1000 bucks and the dollar is cheap! And - I have a spare movement, no, two! Found one on the bay today...Trying to cut down on stuff I can only pray to God I don't wake up to a tower of beer cans and a "please pay for your item" message from ebay tomorrow. Cheers! mg
mastergod
Damn, submitted an offer and haven't even had a drink yet. Ebay: It sure is weird to hope you win and hope you lose at the same time. mg

lhooq
The Speedsonic Lobster is a real beauty, and one of my favorite Omegas of the 1970s. I would definitely love to add one to my collection, but they're not cheap--at least, not the examples that are all-original. I've been looking at the Precisionist for its sweep and accuracy, but the styling just doesn't grab me.
