Rolex noob ceramic mariner crown replacement

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

Will these genuine parts fit the rep tube? Or should I replace the tube as well? I'm not much of a Rollie guy, I'd appreciate your comments. The watch I have is a Noob ceramic mariner with clone 3135 movement. The current crown has weak spring in it.

24-703-0 for ss

24-703-8 for gold

Thanks!

You've got the right part numbers for the gen crowns. All you can do is remove the current crown and stem and see if a gen will fit on the existing tube. But for best results, I'd install a gen tube or one of the good aftermarket tubes. That way you're assured of a good tight fit.

Today I finally tried to mount the gen crown. The crown fits the rep tube and with tight fit (not sure how well the WR is though). However, I can't get the gen crown to mount to the stem. The stem seemed slight bigger than the hole on the gen crown. What should I do?

Thanks!

Tried today with a brand new ETA stem, the Rolex crown fits perfectly. I think the original stem from Asian clone 3135 is slightly too large. Now I just need to install a Clark tube...
