From what I've read it applies to heavily modified vintage replicas that use alot of genuine parts or will accept genuine parts.. Let the corrections begin... -Kaneda

Hello...MBW stands for Maria's Best Watch...to answer what mbw are and not what mbw stands for...is a different and longer story...try doing a search for mbw and you'll find a wealth of knowledge on the subject...
