unregistered Posted June 13, 2011 Report Share Posted June 13, 2011 Picked this up last week and many thanks to Palani21 for letting me pull out on his franken U1SDR to go for this. As some know, this is the U1 Tempus 2007 Limited Edition of 250 pieces made for The Hour Glass, a Singapore watch retailer. My understanding is that there is a written agreement with Sinn that prevents Sinn from releasing another similar styled U1 as such you have the U2S which is a normal edition, but the U1 is an LE of 250 pieces. Partly why the SDR came about I reckon. Anyhow, its a stunning watch, tegimented case and bezel, PVDed all over including the small butterfly clasp. I personally prefer the larger styled clasp but this will fit better for smaller wristed guys. Only 2 gripes. PVD, it wears. There is some wear on the right side 2nd, the double AR is very susceptible to scratches, there are a whole bunch on it already. Other than that, a real beauty!
