I have a dumb questions about lugs. But does the old gen Seadweller upon which the "super sea dweller" of a few years back... does it have lug holes?

For that matter.... Which Rolex seadwellers do and don't have lug holes?

And while we're doing dumb questions... If male sheeps are called rams, and a donkey is an ass, why is a ram in the ass called a goose?

There are never any dumb questions about lugs. I want to say around 2004 or so, Sea Dweller cases no longer had through-holes in the lugs. The F-serial submariner was the first sans through-holes, so I'd suppose the change was also propagated to SeaDwellers at the same time.

That's what I was thinking as well.

In general, the plexi dwellers always lugholes. Ealry saphires lugholes, later on, dont know what year, sanse holes.

Different models lost lug holes at different times, which makes it very difficult to set a date or version release as the official end of lug holes for a given model. But I think slickdick's answer is generally a good guide.
