Tiyal Posted June 27, 2011 Report Posted June 27, 2011 While trying to avoid responsibilities & paperwork at all costs today, I found my wife's nail file and took it to my GMT. It started as just one link as I couldn't stand staring at the polished center links anymore. This lead me to a fine sanding sponge which really did the trick! After a bath in the wife's jewelery cleaner the nasty bling is gone & no more scratch magnet. It looks awesome so shiny and soft. Now back to paperwork.
tenacious_b Posted June 27, 2011 Report Posted June 27, 2011 That's enough inspiration to make me want to buy another and do the same.
HauteHippie Posted June 27, 2011 Report Posted June 27, 2011 +1 - but to each his own. My 16520 wouldn't be the same without the polished midlinks, and I'm no bling lover.
AsiadeCuba Posted June 28, 2011 Report Posted June 28, 2011 i like it but it does take away the bling of it all. however, the original gmt was a tool watch so good job.
