I seen this site before, great site. A gen fifty fathoms is on my list this year. If I could score one of those no radiation fifty fathoms now thats a true grail. I do like the newer bigger FF but give me a vintage 40mm FF any day

i believe that there is a huge rep market for both vintage models and new blancpain watches.. they come in so many variations, that there should be a sought after vintage project for so many on the boards! really hope the factories jump on this some day..

The vintage 50's are very cool watches.

I was in Wempe in NYC a while back and tried on the 50th Anniversary model, and talk about a beautiful watch.

I actually preffered it over the vintage models because it was a bit thinner on the wrist. Some of the vintage models are like 16/17mm thick.

The 50 Anniversary was like 13mm. Check it out online. A beautiful piece.
