jdkno
just wondering if anyone has had or tried one of the Velcro straps available from the usual dealers?

PeteM
I have seen them once a while back.... it might of been Angus.... but it was crap mate.. You are better off just getting one off the bay... they are cheap enough on there once you consider what the dealer adds for shipping
subbiesrock
A much better (and wearable) alternative is a 5-ring Maratec Zulu 24 mm. The Velcro is quite uncomfortable for daily wear. Here it is, modeled on a
Watchmeister
If you are going to go with Velcro I would try the black velcro with carbon fiber and Panerai embossed in black. As the velcro sraps go it is reasonably subtle and the gens do come up at reasonable prices. If you keep your eye out you might find a 1 keeper A/B series.
