Diablo99
All, I am by no means a Paneristi, so go easy on me! I just read the excellent review of the Noob-Maker watch. Which dealers currently stock these models? Is the consensus that these are the best out of the box PAM's? Thanks in advance.
PeteM
Which watch/model are you on about mate?
centaur
It depends on the model as Pete said. For guys just getting into Panerai, the typical starting point is the 111, and based on PureTime's head-to-head review of the Noob and H versions, the consensus is that Noob is better. The same might not apply to others though.
plymman
I think it depends on model but one things for sure, both the H factory and Noob pams are very close to gen and you cant really go wrong with either. From what I understand the noob factory has the slight edge on the 111 but the H factory has the slight edge on sausage dial models like the 005. I've had watches from both factories and they have all been amazing, my personal favorite though is the H factory 005. The low beat movements in the H factory reps have had some criticism but personally I've never had a problem, both low and high beat movements have had good power reserve and accuracy to within a few seconds a day. I've never had a reliability problem with any of mine.
