ghost
No longer an angry teenager (not since half a lifetime ago), but i'm still given to pulling out some angry tunes once in a while. I've always thought 1995 was a special vintage in the year of metal: 1) "Draconian Times" by Paradise Lost - Every song was perfect from start to finish 2) "The Silent Enigma" by Anathema 3) "The Principle of Evil Made Flesh" by Cradle of filth (my introduction to unpopular black metal) 4) "Subhuman Race" by Skid Row (again not a popular choice. And by then, a terminally uncool band, by i really like it) And if we were to stretch it to 94 - "awake" by Dream Theater. What an album Any other closet angry has-beens here? ;P

coolfire
I must be getting old, it really was in '92, mate. We practically forced our way to the front... and back then we could smoke inside the indoor stadium.... Didn't know you're a metalhead as well! PeteM
I think that great age of metal all depends on your age.... So I aint admitting my golden year...
