During my "build a brewery" days in Key West during the mid '90's, I spent a lot of time in their original headquarters building, just off Duval st.

It contained at that time, a "brewpub" named "Kelly's"...owned by Kelly McGillis of "Top Gun" fame....I guess it still does, but I haven't been to Key West in over 10 yrs now...

Sad to think how bright the future looked back then (1960s). It seemed like America's glory would never end.

Or just vote out Clinton and stop him and Greenspan from removing the glass-steagall act. You know that act in 1933 that was put in after the great depression to keep future collapses by greedy bankers from happening.

I love reading about the glory days of early passenger aviation--Juan Trippe, the Clippers,and the early adoption of the 707.

But as someone who had the misfortune of taking a trans-Pacific flight on a Pan-Am 747 in the early 80s... I say, "GOOD RIDDANCE!"

My first trans-Atlantic flight was with Pan-Am thirty-five years ago. Sad the big airlines like Pan-Am and TWA no longer exist.

Taken on a recent trip to the air and space in DC. They have a few installations on pan am etc. Was pretty cool...
