chrgod
Hmm.. I did not see that coming! A new version of the old Explorer II! Black hour markers.. slim and nice GMT-hand... small crown.. no rehaut engravings... Looks good. The date font and dial prints looks not very sharp, but it might be the pictures.. The date window position, bezel engravings and the discussions about whether this will accept gen parts I leave to the experts. Thanks for the tip. Guess I have to do some research, might have found a way to spend the cash on my PayPal account. Edited December 11, 2011 by chrgod
fischyyy
Yes it does look good, maybe even better than the 42mm rep. But that could be down to the pics.
MAHLER
Also the dial has some flaws, hands also, but is already a big step forward. the bracelet... uhm, better the old noob
chefcook
looks like terrible end link fitment and building a SEL bracelet from a non-SEL genuine and claiming that it is 1:1 is just [censored].
fischyyy
The good old SEL story... 1:1 may be a far reach, but it's as good as it gets OOTB. They will never get the hands right in my opinion, the genuine color is really hard tp replicate. It's superlumed which is a plus, and the price is ok, if you like it go for it. I'd option the swiss movement if you plan to keep it long term.
