kiplin Posted February 29, 2012 Report Posted February 29, 2012 I'm looking for a classy, elegant, simple watch that will hold up to inspection from mid-range. Currently, I'm in love with the Patek Calatravas but there doesn't seem to be a really solid rep (please, correct me if I'm wrong), but also really like this Omega Deville - but again, I'm not sure on the quality. If that weren't enough, I've got relatively small wrists, so would really prefer something sub 40mm. Does anyone have any suggestions? Cheers!
asciwhite Posted February 29, 2012 Report Posted February 29, 2012 Dont know. But maybe this is something for you?
kiplin Posted February 29, 2012 Author Report Posted February 29, 2012 It's quartz, bummer. Spectacularly thin though
asciwhite Posted February 29, 2012 Report Posted February 29, 2012 It has no seconds hand so quartz wont be obvious at all
asciwhite Posted February 29, 2012 Report Posted February 29, 2012 IWC Portofino is also a very nice dresswatch. Thin and with A2892 movement. Have a look at perfect clones Portofino`s all kinds of variations on dials e.t.c
kiplin Posted February 29, 2012 Author Report Posted February 29, 2012 Will do, ta. Any other suggestions? Is there anywhere that does a decent Deville rep?
FxrAndy Posted February 29, 2012 Report Posted February 29, 2012 IWC MK XVI or Omega Aqua tera/ Railmaster
Adeodatus Posted February 29, 2012 Report Posted February 29, 2012 IWC Mark XVI (and spitfire) or the Rolex Explorer 1 - a great rep
asciwhite Posted February 29, 2012 Report Posted February 29, 2012 +1 on the Explorer 1. Get a swiss one
