twtw1208
try to wear a kitchen plastic gloves and place the back case at the centre on your plam, give a little pressure and rotate your watch slowly and gentlely, it sounds stupid but really works
FxrAndy
Or a big ball of masking tape Sticky balls are good too
Koko
Take a hot glue gun put the hot glue on a round block of wood (the one my children play with are perfect) press the block on the casde back let it dry and you can open the watch withaut scratches. The wooden block ist easy to remove after closing the watch. Regards Markus Former known as zett in a german forum (I miss you guys).

higginsd
Really? Only with the palm? I cant believe. And for a BigPilot? Also use palm, gloves or sticky ball? Or would it be better to buy a case opener tool and use the round bits?
