Rolex repairs in UK or Europe

Help

I need to have my submariner date(GREEN BEZEL)looked at and sorted.The problems are:

1. Date does not appear in the centre of the window.

2. The crown winder has a problem laching onto the screw threads and when it does it sometimes causes the watch movement to stop.

When it is going its not a bad time keeper its just that I cannot trust it after resetting the time or date.

Are there any UK or English speaking repair agents I can send it too - without the risk of the watch being destroyed.

I did a search on the forum a few days ago and someone mentioned tomexton@yahoo.co.uk. I sent him an e-mail and he does repairs, servicing and waterproofing. I have not dealt with him, but would love to hear if anyone here has. He is located in London.
