you're welcome :victory:

i've been inactive at RWG for quite a while; it feels good to help out new folks again -- it is this "helping" attitude that was such a breath of fresh air back when i joined six!! (hard to believe it has been that long) years ago :)

As everyone said already, yes it is definitely worth it.

One thing that nobody has mentioned here and I wrote about it many times (you can see my past posts) is that if you plan on keeping that rep for a long time, you will need to service the movement, preferably right away, so definitely factor this into your entire cost of the piece. So for instance total cost for 111 Noob would be in the low $400's. And it is very well worth it.

And if you ever decide to buy a gen, don't ever buy a new one, Find a good deal on a mint pre-owned piece.

With the exterior accuracy of today's best reps, you definitely get even more then 90%. I always send my watches to service to The Zigmeister.

One of the top Forum modders is in Florida, if you used your real home location in your user info.

Go to Vac's Mod Shop here in this Forum and he can help you with anything from chronograph service to lume re-painting.

Yep, South Florida. That's where Vac's at, or the Zigmeister?

I think getting a excellent rep is good at first, then moving on to the Gens. Gotta try them all out before going all in for the real deal!

Pre owned mint would be a geat way to go on a gen, and even a rep for that matter. Agreed!

Vaccum is in Florida. The Zigmeister is in Canada, and is so busy that he is not taking any new work until further notice.
