Mods? AR for Portugese 7 Day Reserve ref. IW500109

Just received this watch and love it. I am wondering about recommended mods for this particular model. I was thinking a better crystal with AR and an upgraded deployant clasp and custom strap. Anything else? Who would you recommend in particular for this work in the US.

AR, datewheel font/color (a must), movement engravings too shallow (not sure if it's possible to mod this)
