KrisOK Posted May 21, 2012 Report Share Posted May 21, 2012 Most of the TD's can source rep rubber straps, but I'm not sure who sells one that doesn't have any oder. Some of my rubber PAM straps have a rather strong vanilla smell. On the other hand, the newer design rubber that came on my n fac 243 doesn't smell at all. Personally I think it will be a crap shoot whether or not you get one with an oder. As far as leather straps marked Panerai...... Well, in my experience most rep leather straps are the weak point of the watch. The only rep strap I have on any of my PAMS is the Asso strap that Toro sells.
