I have just been robbed by the tax man!!!! I have also been waiting for my genuine IWC big pilot strap which arrived at my local depot awaiting charges to be paid so I was thrilled thinking it would cost me around £10.....when the guy said £112.82 I nearly choked. Although the guy I bought it from in Australia had put watch strap and gift to a friend on the packaging he also put the value at $500. I phoned customs and they said there is nothing they can do my options are to pay then appeal or reject and return to sender and as I have very little money left this month I dont know what to do...and to top it off my new IWC topgun chrono the top pusher sprung of this morning and only arrived yesterday so feeling a bit pi*#ed off

Was starting to get a little concerned from reading posts here as i had just made my first order (just the one) from pc last week.

Happy to say only took 3 days at to clear customs and as of now is loaded for delivery at local depot.

got my 5 watches and parts yesterday ... arrived at customs on the 31at and delivered on 2nd that's was super fast !! not a problem what so ever!!

I always say that top-flight Chronos are the worst choice for first purchases .. they are too complicated .. too many parts.

It's like buying a Ferrari for your first and only car.
