A.Addict Posted June 8, 2012 Report Posted June 8, 2012 Looking for a first Omega as a gift, but not wanting to spend too much (it's only for a friends birthday, he always gives me lip about Reps as he owns a couple of Gens). Was thinking a planet ocean orange but one of the cheaper models. Anyone know if they're worth buying and who from? Thanks in advance.
Datlore001 Posted June 8, 2012 Report Posted June 8, 2012 I'd buy the 42mm PO from Trevor. Best price for a model with an Asian 2824.
kbh Posted June 8, 2012 Report Posted June 8, 2012 Narikaa (Reg) always had the best low budget PO's. He's no longer a dealer here as of last month but it would be worth tracking him down, especially if you're in the EU. His PO's are all with 21j movements and they were going for about $68 or so last time I bought one.

Tagman26 Posted June 9, 2012 Report Posted June 9, 2012 Why is Narrika no longer a TD here. He seemed to have had a great reputation.
Jkay Posted June 9, 2012 Report Posted June 9, 2012 He probably felt he already had enough forums and dropped one. It was not due to complaints.
Jkay Posted June 9, 2012 Report Posted June 9, 2012 If you are in north america, WBK carries the 42mm PO beginner model, too, for $120 shipped. He works from the USA.
