cc33 Posted June 25, 2012 Report Posted June 25, 2012 Found these pics on the internet and thought hmm.. I promised my dw gold 6263 to donerix but if I had a spare 6265 case set lying around I just might have tried this out. It's different but I like it. http://hennabav.blogspot.ca/2012/03/very-unique-rolex-6265-up-for-auction.html?m=1
lhooq Posted June 25, 2012 Report Posted June 25, 2012 Alternatively, you could build a standard black 6265 and figure out a way of turning the crystal yellow. 1

Lol This is not complete "lol", this could effectively be an alternative, immagination and creativity is more interesting than a classic watchsmith frozen brain, We are here in a rep world, rep world is not at all pejorative : rep = replica, we try to reproduce time piece objects, in this case we need to be more creative than a classic watchsmith. In fact a "watchmish" did not invent hot water, its just a "watchsmith" I would say, a limited brain, a basic guy. He is able to service a movement, change a quartz movement battery, unscrew/screw little screws.period. No creativity, Dont tell me he is able to do something else. I will have a lot of ennemies, sure...
