I was quite excited to see this , but on a more detailed look I am not so sure

The Chrono Sleeves look a bit too long

But as nice as the movement is what's with the display case-back

I am really liking the idea of a good 42mm and its a good looking watch

The video also makes the case look really thick, but i'm not sure how the gen is

I too was excited about this. Agree - Not overly convinced with this version, as well as the chrono pushers and sleeves, crown and display case back, whats up with the bezel assembly? Could just be the photos, I guess

Has / will anyone ever make a good OTB, large production run Panerai 42mm chrono 1-1 rep?!? Im with you Storm, love the idea. I've had the gen 369 on my wrist in my AD...and since then, im on a quest. A couple more comparison shots...

one has to square with the fact that this is not an accurate reproduction in terms of caseback and dial. But it's not important to me. Is this a well made replica? Column wheel chronos are sought after and this one has a good one (makes up for dial inaccuracy). If you have such a nice movement from seagull, might as well show it off (hence display caseback). I am inclined to pull the trigger on this.
