Tc subs water resistancy!

I have owned 4 of TC watches. I swam with all of them...NEVER a problem. I did recently send my YM off to PB for water proof testing and sealing/greasing gaskets. With any other rep watch, get it tested before entering water. I dont think its as hydrophobic as a non gen construction watch but there still is a risk of ruining your time piece.

I received a budget GMT today. I made sure the back was secure, made sure the crystal was firmly seated, and made sure the crown was securely closed after setting the time, then held my wrist under a faucet at full force :whistling:

No issue whatsoever :victory:

The water resistance with reps is generaly assebly not material or construction

I am about to get in a hot tub wearing a rep but i built it so i am the one to blame if it fails, and i belive with TC subs you build them your self?

My TC spent an entire day going in and out of water from the faucet to 6' under.

No issues what-so-ever...though I did install a gen crown/tube with greased gen seals and a gen crystal so the case back and retaining ring gaskets were freshly greased by me too. :)
