Joshua's customer service is generally excellent. Just make sure you are actually on the correct web site since there are a lot of clones of their site, which aren't so dependable. Here is his answer: " We only check the stocks with factory after order is placed and paid for. Told me I had to order the watch first.... and we are talking big money rep wise... I do see that there are a couple of different sites that claim to be Perfect Clones. How do I know which is the reputable one?
