TD is Trusted Dealer ... TC is the name of a man on the forums who has one of the best available (modern) Submariners right now.

You can see BK's TW Best submariner or the TC Sub .... these are not cheap but they are two of the best available. I don't follow modern Submariner makers closely so availability may not be there.
