Daytona ceramic need help

Hello everyone,

I just recieved my new daytona ceramic sec@6 chocolate dial and found 2 problems:

1.There is no auto winding.When I shake watch nothing happens and it does not start.

2. I manually winded the watch 40 rounds and it works fine but during night when its on the table it stops.So again I manually wounded it and it works again.

Any one has experiance and can help with the problem and how to fix it?

Hm - I fear that's the sec@6 problem. No fix here. You can only try to get the movement serviced, but no guarantee it will work.

I agree. One of my customers has exactly the same problem. I have searched the forums looking for a fix. Here are the top three reasons they have problems. 1 dirty, 2 gear alignment, 3 it either works or it doesn't, there is no fix, no matter what anyone says. I agree with joerg, service does not guarantee a fix, and it cost 200.00

Yes......there is fix! Freeze and disable the sec@6 after service!
