projectologist Posted September 27, 2012 Report Posted September 27, 2012 The watch arrived yesterday and I'm very happy with it. All that was needed was to flatten and put a high polish on the lever pin, with a little re-shaping of the lever tip to follow. Other than that there's nothing left to do but wear it Here's hoping they do a 24/25 with this level of accuracy!!! The last 2 phone pics taken indoors with my work lamp.
mja300 Posted September 27, 2012 Report Posted September 27, 2012 Which TD did you get this from mate? I've asked andrew and he tells me that this is out of stock as noob was closed down? Lovely watch by the way, I want to purchase with the intention of chasing the Gen.
StormTooper4 Posted September 27, 2012 Report Posted September 27, 2012 These are exceptional in every way , great pictures

Toro... first time ordering with him, good communications and nice packaging.
gianton Posted September 27, 2012 Report Posted September 27, 2012 +1000 on a 24/25 with the same accuracy. Great pics, my 243 get a lot of wrist time.
mja300 Posted September 27, 2012 Report Posted September 27, 2012 I've placed an order with toro but have yet to receive any payment instructions. Seems things move a little slower than orders I previously placed with Andrew.
andcaneron Posted September 27, 2012 Report Posted September 27, 2012 Do you think this watch looks better on the original rubber strap or with a leather strap?
rogerthat Posted September 27, 2012 Report Posted September 27, 2012 This watch is made for vintage leather Don't have a link handy right now but Google Wrist watch photo blog 243 straps Guy that runs that blog Martin is an unbelievable photographer and took photos of his 243 (t dial) on 23 different strap choices Worth looking at to see what type of strap you like most for this watch I currently switch mine from a Simona allegreni diver, Simona museum tobacco and a Greg Stevens crazy horse 1. (all are vintage straps) 1
