Incoming modded Monte Carlo question...

So I have a pretty decked out MC incoming. I want to put two finishing touches on it -- Phong's faceted hands and his Tudor bridge. Does anyone have any experience dealing with him? Is his initial price negotiable?

Phong has been friendly and professional in my dealings with him and he ships fast.

I know he will deal on larger purchases, he offered me a watch a couple hundred less than he originally asked once.

His son's ebay site carries the same products and often has best offer. You might look into that for the hands.

I've never had a problem with Phong, but I think Yuki has the better 7032 handset.
